May Daze 2015Dust off those flip-flops and break out the camping gear! Festy season is finally here, and who better to get things started than the good folks at Laughing Sam Productions!

Hot off the heels of the wildly successful Mustache Bash at the Funky Bean Farm, Laughing Sam is at again. On Friday, May 1 the party rolls down I-75 to the VFW Campground in Franklin, Ohio for the 4th Annual May Daze Music Festival!

The two day music extravaganza is headlined by Ohio’s favorite Hoosier’s Glostik Willy and features an eclectic line-up of some of the Midwest’s best music that includes the McLovins, Aqueous, local favorites Magic Jackson, Subterranean, Will C & FAMILY, Scott Lee & the Whiskey River Boys as well as Northeast Ohio’s, Yosemight and Tropidelic.

Boogie Matrix at May Daze 2014Hold on to your koozies, Boogie Matrix rolls in from Toledo for “one last hoorah.” Ohio’s favorite party band announced earlier this year that this summer would be Boogie’s last so the guys have launched a One Last Hoorah Tour that includes some of the band’s favorite festivals one of which is May Daze.

Cincinnati’s Elementree Livity Project makes their May Daze debut with Peridoni, Speaking Suns, ethosine, Baby Hands, Electric Orange Peel, Creation Station, and Middletown’s High Altitude rounding out this stellar line-up.

The festivities begin Friday, May 1 with the gates opening at noon with music starting at 4:15pm. Pre-sale tickets are available online for $65 (presale ends the 25th) and $85 at the gate. Admission includes two nights of camping and two full days of great music.

May Daze is a B.Y.O.B. event but please NO GLASS and Sam asks that you leave your animals at home, NO PETS please. For more details follow the event on Facebook.
