My band, Far From Eden, was invited to perform for the Bern Dayton Bern event that went down last night at Rockstar Pro Arena, and it was a fantastic event!

Campaign organizers worked really hard and whipped up this rally and voter-registration drive in less than a week’s time!  It was short notice, but that didn’t stop folks from showing their support!  (more…)

The 2016 presidential campaign has already seen the reprise of a traditional number: musical artists protesting the use of their songs at campaign rallies.

Neil Young is the latest to sing this tune, noting that Donald Trump did not have permission to use “Rockin’ In The Free World” at his campaign announcement speech Tuesday.

“Donald Trump was not authorized to use ‘Rockin’ In The Free World’ in his presidential candidacy announcement,” said a statement from Young’s representative. “Neil Young, a Canadian citizen, is a supporter of Bernie Sanders for President of the United States of America.”
