With the release of their debut EP, Babbling April brings a fresh feel to indie rock by using ambiance as a model for melody, creating fuzz tone pop songs without losing the emotional platform they were born from.

Good Luck Year is a 6 piece indie-pop band from Dayton, OH with male and female vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, piano, synth, drums/percussion, and bass.
We like to focus on melodies and harmonies, and write mid-tempo songs influenced by indie, pop, rock, folk and various other things. Many of us have been doing “the band thing” for a long time on a local, regional, and national level – but this band, Good Luck Year, is relatively new and has just released our first self-recorded and produced EP, The Good Luck Year EP (1/24/2015).

You can find the 6 song EP here:
